Empowering Young Athletes through All Girls Flag Football! BHC is not just a youth sports organization; we’re a supportive community dedicated to empowering young girls through the exhilarating world of flag football. Join us on a journey where camaraderie, skill-building, and fun intersect to create a memorable experience for every player. BHC was founded in 2022 to give youth girls the opportunity to compete in flag football at a competitive level. We are proud to be a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to EmpowHERing Maryland’s next generation of female athletes with pride, passion, and purpose. Mission Statement The mission of the BHC Youth Corp (BHC) is to provide a safe, fun, learning environment for the youth of our community. We strive to create an opportunity for kids to work together as a team toward common goals. We emphasize sportsmanship, teamwork and respect for authority figures (Directors, Coaches, and Game Officials). Our focus is on developing good life skills through the sport of Flag Football.
