Join DoD and Industry participants at Fort Belvoir Golf Club on October 30, 2026, for a day of networking and camaraderie on the course. Proceeds from the AFCEA Belvoir Golf Tournament will support the Chapter’s Scholarship Fund. AFCEA Belvoir’s Educational Fund awards annual merit-based scholarships to qualified students who are pursuing degrees in STEM. The tournament is an excellent networking event and there will be fun and prizes for the golf. The tournament is a Captain’s Choice (Scramble) event and provides opportunities for golfers of all levels to participate and contribute. Participants will enjoy playing one of the finest military courses in the world, beverages during play, and dinner/lunch to follow! Our shotgun start is at 0930 on the beautiful grounds of the Fort Belvoir Golf Course (registration and driving range begin at 0800). Breakfast burritos and on-course beverage carts will be provided. The tournament will include golf challenges such as Longest Drive, Putting contest and Closest to the Pin. Registration Includes: Golf, Food and beverage throughout the day (including bar) and prizes. Mulligans and 50/50 Available On the Day Of (Cash and Credit Accepted)! Sponsorship Opportunities PLATINUM - Event Co-Host Sponsorship - $5,000 (2) Co-host the tournament with AFCEA and see your company name and logo co-branding the event: on Welcome Banner and in all event messaging. Includes a foursome of players; a designated table at registration and post-round for your company representative to speak with participants. Includes special signage on your golf carts to identify your company as co-host of the event. Co-host will have the opportunity to participate in the awards presentation and say a few words about your company. This sponsorship offers significant support to our chapter scholarship program. Thank you! GOLD - Dinner Sponsorship - $3,000 (2) Includes two golfers plus your company logo will be identified on all event messaging. Includes special signage on your golf carts identifying your company as a gold sponsor. GOLD - Golf Cart Sponsorship - $3,000 (2) Includes two golfers plus your company logo will be identified on all event messaging and on all golf cart cards. Includes special signage on your golf carts identifying your company as a gold sponsor. SILVER - Breakfast Sponsorship - $1,500 (2) Includes one golfer plus your company logo will be identified on all event messaging. SILVER - Bar & Beverage Cart - Sponsorship $2,500 (3) Includes one golfer and a sign with your logo on the beverage cart. Company will be identified on all event messaging. SILVER - Awards Sponsorship - $2,500 (2) Includes one golfer plus company logo on all event messaging. SILVER - Links To Freedom (a soldier recovery program) Sponsorship - $2,000 (2) Includes one golfer, logo on all event messaging, and the honor of hosting a foursome from Links to Freedom (L2F). L2F uses golf as a tool to assist wounded, ill, and injured troops in their long term physical and mental recovery. BRONZE - Photography Sponsorship - $1,500 (1) Includes logo on event messaging. BRONZE - Driving Range, Closest to the Pin, Putting Contest or Longest Drive Sponsorships - $1,000 (1) Your logo will be on the sign at one of these spots at the course. Company will be identified on all event messaging. BRONZE - Closest to the Pin Sponsorship - $1,000 (1) Your logo will be on the sign at one of these spots at the course. Company will be identified on all event messaging. BRONZE - Putting Contest - $1,000 (1) Your logo will be on the sign at one of these spots at the course. Company will be identified on all event messaging. BRONZE - Longest Drive Sponsorship - $1,000 (1) Your logo will be on the sign at one of these spots at the course. Company will be identified on all event messaging. BRONZE - Hole Sponsorship - $500 (18) Your company logo signage at a designated hole. Company will be identified on all event messaging. SPECIAL - Host the Hole - $2,000 (9) Whether you want to host mini-challenges within the day or just want a special opportunity to represent your company throughout the day, this is the sponsorship for your company to support the AFCEA Belvoir Scholarship program! Setup your 'booth' near the tee of a hole and spend a few minutes with each team as they begin that hole. Create an event within the event or simply represent your company...all that we ask is that your engagement not create a delay in the play. NOTE - you will need to provide tables, chairs and canopy if you wish to have these items at the hole you are hosting.
