Overview Helping Bring MORE.GOOD.DAYS. to Local Families Living with Alzheimer's and Other Dementias We are gearing up for our 22nd Annual Respite Care Charleston MORE.GOOD.DAYS. Golf Tournament! Thanks to our title sponsors, Seafields at Kiawah Island by Bishop Gadsden and Seabrook Island Real Estate. Join us at Seabrook Island Club's Ocean Winds Golf Course for a day filled with golf, fellowship and fun... all in support of local families living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia! Whether you're a seasoned pro or a beginner, you don't want to miss this chance to spend the day on a breathtaking Rees Jones-renovated course. Tickets include a boxed lunch + cart and greens fees. This year RCC is doing something that's true to who we are: we’re making this an alcohol-free event and players will enjoy signature purple mocktails. We now know that alcohol consumption may increase the risk of dementia, and that heavier drinking causes faster, premature shrinkage of the brain. Making this event alcohol-free gives us an opportunity educate about brain health, and is aligned with our mission.
